▪ Updating the CRM Status on day to day basis.

▪ Contacting potential and existing customers in person.

▪ Answering customer queries, inquiries

▪ Attending to walk in customers.

▪ Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.

▪ Personally meeting existing clients for sales referrals.

▪ Managing the sales process through specific ERP.

▪ Maintaining a HNI database.

▪ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

▪ Participating in sales review team meetings.

▪ Demonstrating product features to the customers.
