Preparation of Raw material inspection report, in-process inspection report and Final product quality report as per customer requirement.
Dimensional and visual inspection of final product using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers etc.
Coordination with customer for clearance of the parts as per Quality assurance plan.
Preparation of quality assurance plan as per customer specification and requirement.
NCR preperation and closure with proper RCA and CAPA.
CMM and laser tracker operation for measuring profile parts.
Knowledge of composite raw materials and composite manufacturing processes.
Carrying out acceptance testing of final product as per the QAP.
Coordination in shop for providing in-process inspection coverage in shifts and addressing the quality issues in shifts thru proper communication with engineers
