Job Title: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT infrastructure materials including IT security systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, active and passive networking components, fire alarm and public addressable systems, access control systems, servers, workstations, racks, electrical materials, cabling, piping, patch cords and LIU.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
- Prepare, issue and track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery with proper documentation.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Projects, Sales, Stores and Finance for material planning and forecasting.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.




- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare purchase, cost and vendor performance reports on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in purchase or procurement within the IT infrastructure domain.
- Mandatory proficiency in Tally and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of networking components including cabling, racks, patch panels, switches, routers and firewalls.
- Knowledge of security and surveillance systems, fire safety systems and electrical components.
- Good communication, negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
