Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle deployment.
- Track and monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and transportation expenses.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety norms, and internal policies.




- Address and resolve transport-related issues such as delays, breakdowns, and driver concerns.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in logistics operations.
- Prepare and submit regular transport performance and MIS reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of route planning, fleet management, and transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with logistics or transport management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
