Marketplace Growth Associate - Perfumes & Accessories

Location: Delhi NCR / Remote (India)Experience: 2-4 yearsCTC: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month + uncapped performance incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketplace Growth Associate to build and scale our presence across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.

The core responsibility will be to scale perfumes as a category from 0→1, while also placing and growing curated headwear and men’s fashion essentials across marketplaces.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys ownership, analytics, and real category building.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Growth & Category Building
- Own growth across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart & Q-Commerce:
- Lead the 0→1 journey for perfumes (listing → traction → scale)
- Strategically place and scale headwear & fashion essentials:
- Drive category visibility, ranking, and sales velocity

2. Campaign & Ads Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ad campaigns:
- Track and improve ROAS, TACoS, CVR:




- Identify underperforming campaigns and fix quickly

3. Analytics & Insights
- Read and analyze marketplace reports (search terms, rankings, ads, competition)
- Identify gaps in listings, pricing, keywords, creatives, and reviews
- Present actionable insights, not just data

4. Listing & Catalog Optimization
- Optimize titles, bullets, images, and A+ content
- Coordinate pricing, offers, and stock planning
- Monitor ratings/reviews and recommend corrective actions

5. Experiments & Scale
- Run fast experiments to improve conversion and visibility
- Scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recent tools

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have
- 2-4 years experience managing Amazon / Myntra / Flipkart:
- Exposure to perfumes, beauty, FMCG, or discovery-led categories:
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with reports & numbers
- Hands-on executor with ownership mindset
