About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior PR Executive to support media relations, influencer outreach, content development, campaign execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with media professionals, influencers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations
- Research and build relationships with journalists, publications, podcasts, and media platforms
- Create and pitch press releases, brand stories, interviews, and media opportunities
- Manage media outreach, follow-ups, and journalist coordination

Influencer Outreach
- Identify relevant influencers and creators based on brand fit and engagement
- Coordinate outreach, briefs, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
- Track influencer content and campaign performance

Content and Communication
- Draft pitches, articles, press releases, talking points, emails, and other PR communication
- Create media kits, company profiles, FAQs, and presentations




- Ensure all communication is clear, accurate, and consistent

Campaigns, Event and Reporting
- Support PR campaigns, launches, events, and media interactions
- Coordinate invitations, media kits, interviews, and on-ground requirements
- Maintain trackers and prepare regular reports on outreach, coverage, and campaign performance

Research and Coordination
- Monitor media coverage, brand mentions, competitors, and industry trends
- Identify relevant PR opportunities and flag important developments
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of work

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with PR or communications internships may apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive command of English; knowledge of Hindi or regional lan
