Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries through email, calls, and the customer support platform, as required. Build an understanding of client processes and policies You should be able to think on your feet, respond clearly using templates and follow due process. You will escalate customer issues as needed to your team manager. Identify recurring customer issues and work with relevant teams to improve customer communication and support resources. Create and maintain FAQs based on frequently asked customer queries. Work independently while collaborating effectively with the larger team.  Minimum Qualifications (Must have): 2–4 years of experience in customer support , preferably within the finance or financial markets domain.
