- Knowledge of rubber moulding processes such as Compression.

- Ability to operate and set rubber moulding machines independently.

- Hands-on knowledge of mould setting, mould changeover and machine parameter setting.

- Understanding of temperature, pressure, curing time and cycle time.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common moulding defects such as short moulding, flash, air bubbles, cracks, under-curing and over-curing.

- Basic knowledge of mould maintenance and machine/process troubleshooting.

- Ability to read and understand basic drawings, dimensions and product specifications.

- Knowledge of quality inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and various gauges.

- Knowledge of 5S, workplace safety procedures and production documentation.

- Ensure proper machine setup and process parameters to achieve production and quality targets.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve moulding and process-related issues.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all safety and quality standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
