Design Leadership

 Lead design development for assigned project components or projects

 Translate client and project requirements into coherent architectural solutions

 Maintain design intent through development and documentation

 Participate actively in design reviews and design decision-making

 Develop design presentations and communicate architectural proposals clearly

 Identify design opportunities while maintaining project feasibility and delivery requirements

Project Delivery

- Lead preparation and review of architectural documentation
- Oversee working drawings, detailed drawings, tender documentation and GFC packages
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP requirements
- Review drawings for technical accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Track design changes and ensure appropriate communication across the project team
- Resolve technical and design issues during project development and execution

Consultant & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interiors and other consultants
- Participate in client and consultant meetings
- Understand client expectations and translate them into actionable design decisions
- Present design proposals and project updates when required
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution

Site & Execution
- Conduct and lead site reviews
- Monitor implementation of design intent
- Review site conditions and identify deviations or design conflicts

- Provide timely design clarifications
- Coordinate design revisions arising from site conditions
- Maintain appropriate documentation of project decisions and changes

Team Leadership
- Guide junior architects and architects working on the project




- Allocate and review assigned work
- Mentor team members in design, documentation and coordination
- Establish quality expectations for drawings and deliverables
- Support senior leadership in building stronger project delivery capability within the team

What We Are Looking For
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification
- 4–7 years of relevant skilled experience
- Strong experience in large-scale residential/high-rise projects preferred
- Experience in commercial, mixed-use, hospitality or institutional projects is valuable
- Demonstrated ownership of architectural design and documentation
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of BIM-enabled project workflows preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation
- Experience coordinating structural and MEP consultants
- Experience working with contractors and site teams
- Knowledge of applicable building bye-laws and standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and manage junior team members
- Ability to work within a senior-led design environment while independently owning
