Job Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by managing customer interactions across multiple channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing insights to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness in voice

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements

Skill Requirements

Excellent communication skills





Solid phone contact handling skills, including active listening skills and ability to empathize

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Previous customer support experience is an added advantage
