We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Automate Developer with hands-on expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

- Build scalable and reusable automation workflows while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

- Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and third-party systems.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis of existing automation solutions.

- Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.





- Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and deployment guides.

- Participate in testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and post-production support.

Requirements

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Microsoft Power Platform development.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA and workflow automation solutions.

- Experience with API integrations, connectors, and data migration activities.

- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, and workflow optimization.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team workplace.

- Experience with Power Apps and related Microsoft Power Platform components.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud-based automation solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
