Planning Engineer:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating work breakdown structures (WBS) and critical path methods

(CPM).
1. Prepare daily/weekly look-ahead and catch-up schedules
2. Prepare Materials tracking sheet / Materials delivery plan
3. Prepare rate analysis for Non tender items

4. Prepare Qty Varriation statement
5. Track project timelines, flag delays, and escalate critical issues promptly.
6. Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including site managers, engineers to ensure alignment on project
7. Prepare inputs for Weekly Reviews, Management Reviews and Client updates.
8. Ensure effective communication between site and central teams to support timely decisions.

Required Qualifications & skills:

1. Proven working experience of 5-10 years
2. Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyze, track and present project data effectively.
3. Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP), SAP or other project scheduling/planning software.
