Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + performance incentive up to ₹5,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can independently understand requirements, develop solutions and take features/projects from development through testing and deployment.

You will work on existing and new software projects across web applications, APIs, databases, automation and AI-powered features.

We are looking for someone who can think, build, troubleshoot and take ownership, rather than simply complete assigned coding tasks.

4–7 years of experience is preferred, but strong 2–3 year developers with excellent technical ability will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.

Build new features and improve existing systems.

Work with PHP, Laravel, MySQL and JavaScript.

Develop backend business logic, APIs and database solutions.

Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Debug and resolve production issues.

Develop automation to reduce manual work.

Work on AI-powered features and practical AI applications.

Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Work with data processing, matching, ranking and recommendation logic.

Improve application performance, reliability, scalability and security.

Understand and work with existing codebases and business logic.

Write clean, maintainable and reusable code.

Test features thoroughly before deployment.

Use Git and follow good development practices.

Take ownership of assigned projects/features through completion.

Research and evaluate new technologies and development approaches.

Coordinate technically with external developers/agencies when required.

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month fixed salary

Performance incentive up to ₹5,000/month

Salary will be based on technical capability, relevant experience, problem-solving ability, ownership and overall fit.

Probation

3-month probation period.

Performance and salary review at the end of probation.

Salary revision will depend on technical capability, ownership, performance and contribution.

Annual salary reviews based on individual performance, contribution and company performance.

Location

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – In-office preferred

Candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate to Coimbatore may also be considered.
