Qualifications

1. 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise retail systems.
2. 4+ years of hands-on experience SCM solution, spanning core retail and forecasting/replenishment modules in production, with broad functional and technical platform knowledge.
3. Primary-expert ownership of 2+ retail accounts, including their customer-specific business processes and customizations.
4. Production stabilization and new-customer onboarding experience.
5. Track record as technical advisor on upgrades, migrations, and major releases.
