We are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.
- Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN.
- Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.
- Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and related technologies.
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.




- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.
- Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

? Mandatory L3 Expertise Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

✅ Palo Alto Firewall

✅ BGP / Routing

✅ Meraki SD-WAN

✅ Advanced Network Troubleshooting

? Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.
- Strong experience in a Managed Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
