About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Core Developer with strong hands-on expertise in multithreaded and asynchronous programming to join a high-performance engineering team operating in an Offshore Development Center (ODC) model. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building concurrent, scalable backend systems and will actively leverage AI-assisted coding tools as part of their daily development workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET Core (C#)
- Implement and optimize multithreaded processes using the Task Parallel Library (TPL) and async/await patterns
- Diagnose and resolve concurrency issues (race conditions, deadlocks, thread-safety)




- Leverage GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding assistants to accelerate development, including crafting effective prompts and configuring AI agents for engineering workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional/onshore teams during overlap hours (12 PM – 9 PM IST)
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning

Mandatory Skills

- .NET Core / C#
- Multithreading (thread safety, synchronization, concurrency patterns)
- Task Parallel Library (TPL)
- Async/Await programming
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools, including prompt-writing and AI agent creation

Good to Have

- Microservices architecture exposure
- Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS)
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity
