Key Responsibilities : /n This role spans strategy, execution, and communication. Here's where you'll spend your time: /n 1.
Strategic
Projects & Special Initiatives /n /n
- Own the 0-to-1: scope, structure, and drive the Founder's highest-priority bets - from new category launches to org-wide transformation programs.
/n
- Frame the problem: build the business cases, models, and decision memos that help the Founder choose between competing priorities.
/n
- Land the plane: run these initiatives end-to-end as a project charter - clear owners, milestones, budgets, and risk tracking - so nothing slips through the cracks.
/n /n 2. Program & Project Management Across the Org /n /n
- Build the operating cadence: stand up and run lightweight, repeatable PM rhythms (weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, launch trackers) that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.
/n
- Connect the dots: act as the neutral convener across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams - surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and keeping momentum.
/n
- Instrument everything: define the metrics that matter, build the dashboards, and flag risks and opportunities before they become fire drills.
/n /n 3. Communications & Executive Storytelling /n /n
- Be the Founder's voice: craft board decks, investor updates, town-hall narratives, and strategic presentations that turn complexity into a clear, compelling story.
/n
- Write what matters: draft speeches, LinkedIn posts, internal memos, and thought-leadership content on the Founder's behalf - in their voice, at their standard.
/n
- Own the room: run high-stakes meetings and off-sites: set the agenda, capture the decisions, and drive the follow-through.
/n /n 4.
Founder
Leverage & Decision Support /n /n
- Multiply their bandwidth: prioritize the Founder's time, prep them for every key meeting,
and make sure decisions have the context and data behind them.
/n
- Be the trusted second brain: chase down the answers, do the desk research, and pressure-test ideas so the Founder can decide with confidence.
/n
- Manage the ecosystem: build relationships across leadership, the board, investors, and partners - and represent the Founder's office with credibility and discretion.
/n /n Requirements: /n /n
