Job Title : Senior Manager /n Experience : 10+ years /n Location : Mumbai /n Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund platforms, transaction processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle client onboarding for Demat and non-Demat clients, including individuals and corporates, while ensuring compliance.

/n

- Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.

/n

- Manage NACH / e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing of SIP-related activities.

/n

- Generate SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing.

/n

- Monitor and maintain AMC / Mutual Fund scheme information, including NFOs and circular updates.

/n

- Handle queries and escalations from AMCs, RTAs, members, and other stakeholders.

/n





- Prepare MIS and regulatory reports as required.

/n

- Ensure operational activities are completed within defined SLA timelines.

/n

- Monitor team performance and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.

/n /n Qualification Required : /n /n

- Experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Capital Market Operations

/n

- Hands-on knowledge of AMC / RTA processes

/n

- Exposure to NAV, SIP, NACH / e-Mandates

/n

- Experience in scheme master maintenance and MF transaction processing

/n

- Knowledge of MIS and regulatory reporting

/n

- Solid stakeholder and escalation management skills

/n

- Experience in SLA monitoring and team management
