Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management &
- Multi-Location Accounting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all manufacturing plants, units, and corporate offices.

- Ensure accurate and timely closing of books (monthly, quarterly, and annually) on a consolidated and plant-wise basis.

1. Process Standard dictation &
- Internal Controls

- Establish, implement, and monitor robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all financial processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

- Strengthen internal controls to prevent leakages, optimize plant-level expenses, and ensure multi-location inventory reconciliation.

- Drive digitalization and automation within Tally ERP to eliminate manual errors and reduce reporting lead times.

1. Commercial Acumen &
- Cost Optimization

- Analyze plant-wise manufacturing costs, variance reports, and operational KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Evaluate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and Capex proposals to ensure financial viability and risk mitigation.

1. Statutory Compliance &
- Taxation

- Ensure 100% compliance with all local, state,



and central statutory regulations (including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and manufacturing-specific levies/royalties).

- Lead the preparation for internal, statutory, and tax audits, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, with at least 5 years in a team leader role (handling 8-10 members) within a manufacturing setup (experience in aggregates, mining, cement, or heavy building materials is a distinct advantage).
- Systems Expertise: Advanced, hands-on expertise in Tally ERP / TallyPrime is mandatory, including multi-location consolidation features. Cost centre accounting, inventory management, automatic TDS, GST calculation and return filling from Tally ERP.
- Geographic Scope: Proven track record of managing accounts for businesses with multi-location or multi-plant operations.
