About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java / Spring Boot Technical Lead to design, develop, optimize, and scale enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, system architecture, performance optimization, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment, along with proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement microservices-based systems for high availability and scalability.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, including JVM, database, API, and distributed-system performance.
- Design scalable and resilient application architectures based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers while driving technical excellence across the team.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support modern DevOps practices.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes across application and infrastructure layers.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps,



and other engineering teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in Microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of System Design and Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience in application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and scalability.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Valuable understanding of scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
