We are looking for experienced Team Leaders / Tech Leads with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis & Microservices for a leading Telecom technology project.
? Mandatory Skills
- Strong Java development experience
- Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Spring MVC / Spring Data
- Microservices Architecture
- Apache Kafka
- Redis
- MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Scalable & high-availability architecture
- Technical team leadership
? Telecom Domain – MUST HAVE
- Strong understanding of 3G / 4G / 5G
- Knowledge of 3GPP specifications
- Experience with Policy & Charging Systems
- PCC / PCF / PCRF experience preferred/required
- Exposure to Telecom Core Network applications is highly desirable
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Design and develop scalable, low-latency microservices
- Build Kafka-based event-driven applications
- Implement Redis caching/data solutions
- Drive architecture and technical design decisions
- Troubleshoot complex performance and production issues
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
