Solid working experience in Agile development framework and familiar with Agile tools.

- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement

- Self-driven and capable of work proactively, collaboratively and effectively with geographically dispersed teams. Help drive positive engineering culture and practices through hands on development through short-term embedding in delivery teams.

- Ability to write testable, maintainable code including Unit and Regression Tests. In-Depth understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with container orchestration. Familiarity with Node.js and Go-Lang is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues in Test and Production environment and prepare RCA.
