What you'll do

- Develop interior design concepts and detailed design solutions for residential and hospitality projects

- Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for design presentations and client approvals

- Prepare working drawings, material and finish schedules, and detailed documentation

- Coordinate closely with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately on site

- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.

- Work with the design team and Principal Architect to refine and finalize design deliverables.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years of relevant experience, with exposure to both residential and hospitality projects

- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling, D5 Render, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Photoshop





- Solid experience with site coordination and execution, not just design on paper
- A sharp eye for detail materials, finishes, proportions, and spatial planning

- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
