Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring design excellence and alignment with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing design presentations, coordinating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that reflect project goals and brand identity. The role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, as well as regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain design integrity.

Designer will also mentor junior team members,



manage project timelines and budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, aesthetic solutions.
- Proficiency in Architecture coordination and Construction Drawings, including detailed documentation for execution.
- Demonstrated experience with FF&E; selection and specification, ensuring cohesive and high-quality project outcomes.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and MS Office for presentations and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with substantial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
- Solid project management, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and a portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, innovative, and elegant interior projects.
