We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer with 5-6 years of experience in instructional design, visual design, and eLearning development.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing content, designing learning experiences, creating PowerPoint storyboards, and developing interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

The role involves working with global clients, SMEs, and cross-functional teams, while independently managing projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze content, learner needs, and training requirements.
- Define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
- Develop visually engaging and learner-friendly PowerPoint storyboards.
- Create layouts, infographics, process flows, and visual treatments.
- Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Incorporate client and SME feedback effectively.
- Perform quality checks and ensure timely project delivery.




- Independently manage projects from start to finish.

Experience 5-6 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Learning & Development.
