Position: Senior HR Executive

Salary: 25,000 35,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and daily/weekly reports.
- Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.

Eligibility

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment & Bulk Hiring.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment drives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
