Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline for our organization.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Experience in the Tiruppur Medical Recruitment and familiarity with the local talent market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish effective Job Descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, campus hiring, and local networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with respective departments.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience,



communication, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
- Maintain and continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, reference checks, and candidate closures.
- Ensure timely follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HRMS and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports covering open positions, sourcing, interviews, selection, offer status, joining, and time-to-hire.
- Work closely with hiring managers to reduce recruitment turnaround time.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, campus hiring, and local hiring campaigns.
- Develop strong recruitment networks within the Tiruppur and surrounding areas.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
