Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensure smooth HR administrative workflows, and help maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection.
- Issue offer letters, perform background checks, and lead seamless onboarding and orientation programs for recent hires.

HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain and update HRIS, employee files, and organizational records with high accuracy.
- Track attendance, leave management, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Handle employee offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding policies, benefits,



and workplace concerns.
- Plan, organize, and execute team-building events, festive celebrations, and wellness programs.

Compliance & Policy Management

- Assist in implementing, communicating, and updating HR policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Ensure statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, tax, labor regulations, etc.) are up to date.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of core HR operations and talent acquisition experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with HRIS software (e.g., Zoho People).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
