- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory

- Key Responsibilities Supervise bituminous overlay and pavement strengthening works including BC, DBM, tack coat and prime coat.

- Manage day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, MoRTH specifications and contract requirements. Monitor paver, roller and other machinery operations, including laying thickness and temperature.

- Handle levels, survey, setting out, camber, cross-fall, super-elevation and grade. Coordinate quality control, laboratory testing, JMF compliance and material quality.

- Prepare daily/weekly work programmes and monitor project progress. Coordinate manpower, machinery, bitumen, aggregates and transportation with relevant teams.

- Maintain DPR, measurement books, level sheets, test registers, site records and photographic documentation.





- Assist in RA Bills and measurements. Coordinate with the Authority Engineer / Independent Engineer during inspections.

- Ensure traffic management, PPE and site safety/EHS compliance. Skills Required Good knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes and NHAI contract practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.

- Knowledge of Auto Level and Total Station. Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and equipment operators.

- Good communication and site coordination skills.

- Hindi & English required; Marathi will be an advantage.
