Senior HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations

Woodpeckers Global is a growing Design & Build firm working across corporate interiors, interior design and construction. As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR Manager who can lead our recruitment function, manage the HR team and help us attract strong talent from the interior design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 HR recruiters / HR executives
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for positions across:
- Interior Design
- Architecture
- Project Management
- Site Execution
- Quantity Surveying / Estimation
- Procurement
- Business Development
- Corporate & Support Functions
- Develop strong recruitment pipelines for both junior and senior-level positions
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and industry networks
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Monitor recruiter performance, hiring targets, closures and turnaround time
- Build relationships with design institutes, architecture colleges and relevant industry networks
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and weekly hiring reports
- Improve onboarding and employee joining experience
- Support employee engagement, performance management and HR operations
- Work closely with management on manpower planning and organisational growth
- Develop HR policies and systems as the company continues to scale
- Build a strong employer brand and help create a positive, professional and growth-oriented work culture

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Ideally from an Interior Design,



Architecture, Design & Build, Construction, Real Estate, PMC or related industry
- Experienced in managing a recruitment or HR team
- Solid at sourcing and closing candidates independently
- Comfortable hiring multiple positions simultaneously
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and stakeholder management
- Process-driven but also proactive and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing organisation
- Able to understand creative as well as technical roles within the design industry

Experience 7–12 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience

Previous experience managing recruiters or an HR team is strongly preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
