- Experience: 5 to 6 years of proven experience in embedded hardware development and circuit design.

- Circuit &
- PCB Design: Design robust analog, digital, and power-management electronic circuits. Create multi-layer schematics and PCB layouts ensuring high signal/power integrity.

- Component Selection &

- Evaluation: Evaluate and select off-the-shelf components, microcontrollers, and sensor modules based on performance, cost, and supply chain viability.

- Board Bring-up &

- Troubleshooting: Assemble prototype boards, perform hardware bring-up, and utilize lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters) to debug and resolve hardware issues.

- Hardware Validation &

- Testing: Develop basic testing scripts/firmware to validate hardware functionality, peripheral interfaces,



and ensure overall system stability before production hand-off.

- Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Ensure designs adhere to standard manufacturing and assembly guidelines (IPC standards) and support compliance preparation (EMI/EMC, CE/FCC).

- Technical Documentation: Maintain clean, detailed documentation including Bill of Materials (BOM), schematics, design specifications, and hardware errata sheets.

- EDA Tools: Robust proficiency in PCB design tools such as Eagle CAD, EasyEDA, or Altium Designer

- Hardware Architectures: Practical experience working with 32-bit microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex, ESP32) and standard peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, PWM).
