Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs for brand campaigns, marketing materials, digital assets, packaging, presentations, and internal communication.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop and maintain consistent branding across all business verticals. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, creating layouts for print and digital channels,



and preparing production-ready files. The role also involves guiding junior designers, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and ensuring that all visual outputs align with the strategic goals and quality standards of Kushal Bharat Group.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics for print, digital, and multimedia applications.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities across diverse business units.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and on-brand communication.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a senior or lead design role, preferably in multi-industry or corporate environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign work, and complex design projects.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts and maintain consistency across channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior designers and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
