Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly front-end components using React.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.

- Good understanding of system design, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives.

- Exposure to GenAI, observability tools, or cloud modernization projects is an added advantage.
