We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5–10 years of professional software development experience to join a hands-on engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across frontend and backend development, along with a solid understanding of up-to-date software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and engineering best practices.
This is a hands-on technical role where the candidate will be expected to develop and own production-quality code, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, drive AI-first engineering practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, review, and maintain production-quality software.
- Work across frontend and backend components as a full-stack engineer.
- Build scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Take ownership of features and technical deliverables from development through production.
AI-First Engineering
- Adopt and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to use AI for development automation, productivity, testing, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute to an AI-first development culture across the engineering team.
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Contribute to system architecture and key technical decisions.
- Design and develop scalable systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Apply appropriate software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and resilient.
- Help identify and address technical debt and long-term system health.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Develop and deploy applications using AWS.
- Work with containerized applications using Docker.
- Deploy and manage workloads using Kubernetes.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform.
- Support cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, scalability,
and reliability.
Quality Engineering
- Promote and implement TDD and BDD practices.
- Develop comprehensive automated tests.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Practice refactoring and continuous improvement of existing code.
- Support CI/CD automation and reliable software delivery.
Security, Monitoring & Reliability
- Apply security-by-design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify and address application and infrastructure security risks.
- Contribute to monitoring, observability, system health, and production reliability.
- Help troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical blockers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with QA, Product, Architecture, Design, and other engineering teams.
- Translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support teams in resolving technical blockers and delivery risks.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade software.
Programming & Frameworks
Strong expertise in
- JavaScript and/or Java

- Full-stack application development
Software Architecture Strong understanding and practical experience with:

Databases Strong understanding of database technologies, including:

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer who combines strong software development skills with a solid understanding of modern architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering.
You should be comfortable moving across:
Frontend → Backend → APIs → Microservices → Event-Driven Systems → AWS → Kubernetes → CI/CD → Automated Testing
You should also be able to contribute to architectural discussions while remaining deeply involved in writing and reviewing production code.
