We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Business Analysis capabilities someone who can understand business requirements, interact with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and also contribute hands-on to development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Interact with customers, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business needs.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, workflows, use cases, wireframes, and RTM.
- Define project scope, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
- Manage requirement backlog and track requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
