Senior Full-Stack App Developer

Engagement

- Equity-based founding team opportunity
- Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
- Remote / Hybrid

- No fixed salary at the current stage; compensation will evolve after funding and revenue stabilisation

Key Responsibilities
- Mobile &
- Web Application Development —
- Build and maintain scalable mobile and web applications for Kefilo's personalised nutrition and 90-day transformation ecosystem.
- Full-Stack Architecture —
- Design and develop frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, cloud infrastructure and integrations required for the product.
- Personalisation &
- Nutrition Intelligence —
- Integrate nutrition data, customer assessments, personalised plans, transformation metrics and the Nutrition Intelligence Engine into the application.
- Customer Journey Development —
- Build complete digital journeys covering onboarding, assessments, subscriptions, personalised nutrition, fitness, consultations, daily activities, progress tracking and retention.
- Dashboard &
- Data Systems —
- Develop customer, consultant and internal dashboards for tracking transformation, engagement, compliance,



subscriptions and key performance metrics.
- API &
- Third-Party Integrations —
- Integrate payment systems, communication tools, wearables, health/fitness data sources and other third-party services where required.
- Performance, Security &
- Scalability —
- Ensure application security, data privacy, performance, reliability and architecture capable of scaling across multiple cities and customer segments.
- Product Collaboration —
- Work closely with founders, nutritionists, fitness experts, food scientists, data scientists and product designers to convert business and wellness requirements into functional technology.
- AI &
- Automation Integration —
- Support integration of AI, automation and data-driven capabilities as Kefilo's Nutrition Intelligence platform evolves.
- Product Ownership &
- Execution —
- Take ownership of development cycles, technical decisions, debugging, deployment, documentation and continuous product improvement.

Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of strong full-stack development experience
- Solid experience building mobile applications and web platforms
- Proficiency in technologies such as React / React Native, Node.js, Python, APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases




- Experience with cloud infrastructure, authentication, payments and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture
- Experience working with startups, SaaS, HealthTech, NutritionTech, WellnessTech or consumer technology is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete technology stack
- Product-oriented mindset rather than only task-based development

What You Will Build You will be part of the core technology team building Kefilo's digital transformation ecosystem — from customer onboarding and personalised nutrition to intelligence, tracking, subscriptions, consultant interactions and long-term customer engagement.

This is not a conventional salaried developer position. We are looking for someone who wants to take technical ownership and build with Kefilo for the long term.

Core founding team members will follow a structured vesting arrangement, typically over 5 years.
