Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack AI Developer with 5 to 6 years of expertise in building scalable web applications and leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence models to accelerate development and design intelligent software solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong cross-platform technical expertise across Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud architectures, paired with practical experience using advanced AI models (such as Claude and its underlying modalities) for optimized coding and system design. Beyond technical excellence, you must have strong English communication skills and a proven track record of directly engaging with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust, end-to-end technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Act as a bridge between technology and business by conducting requirements-gathering sessions with business leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
- Full Stack Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js, alongside intuitive frontend interfaces using React or Angular.
- Database Management: Architect and manage robust data storage layers using both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Efficiently leverage multi-modal AI platforms (such as Anthropics Claude suite) for code generation, architectural prototyping, debugging, documentation, and process automation.
- Identity & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and single sign-on (SSO) integrations using enterprise solutions such as Okta or IDAnywhere.




- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications on cloud platforms, primarily GCP (preferred) or AWS.
- Quality & Communication: Maintain clean code practices, establish testing standards, and provide transparent written and verbal technical guidance to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in fluent English.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Experience: 5 to 6 years of professional hands-on software development experience.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience incorporating advanced AI models (Claude, GPT, multi-modal LLMs) directly into the development lifecycle for code optimization, rapid prototyping, or embedding AI features into applications.
- Backend Development: Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework, alongside solid development experience in Node.js.
- Frontend Development: Hands-on experience building dynamic single-page applications using React or Angular.
- Database Systems: Strong expertise in working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Identity Management: Applied knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and integration with IAM platforms like Okta or IDAnywhere.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on cloud experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS, including cloud hosting, microservices deployment, and serverless architectures.
- Communication & Business Acumen: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with direct experience presenting to and consulting with clients, business analysts, or executive stakeholders.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience in building or integrating generative AI endpoints, agents, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for modern cloud deployment workflows.
