Role Description The Senior Executive Vice President will provide strategic leadership for HPIPL, overseeing business growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance in alignment with the company’s vision for smart and sustainable parking solutions. This contract, remote role includes directing long-term business planning, guiding leadership teams, and ensuring effective execution of key initiatives across sales, operations, technology, and customer service. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining high-level partnerships, driving market expansion in India and international regions, and identifying new business opportunities in urban infrastructure and smart mobility.





Day-to-day activities include reviewing performance metrics, managing executive-level communication, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

President will also support stakeholder engagement, represent HPIPL at industry events as needed, and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven senior leadership experience in infrastructure, urban mobility, technology, manufacturing, or related sectors, with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales strategy, and market expansion, including experience building strategic partnerships and managing key accounts.
- Experience overseeing operations, project management, and process optimization, with a focus on quality assurance, safety, and service delivery.
- Robust financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and distributed teams.
- Background in technology-driven solutions, smart infrastructure, or automation systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract capacity while maintaining high levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
