Role Objective

Support Treasury across debt origination and banking relationships, financial risk management, TMS/automation, periodic reporting and senior management presentations.

Debt Origination And Banking Relationship

- Manage assigned banking relationships across PSU, private and foreign banks, including structured engagement cadence and meeting notes
- Support credit facility requirements across Fund and non-fund based lines, forward lines, including bank pitches and credit-query responses.
- Drive facility documentation, commercial/pricing review and sanction compliance in coordination with banks, legal, finance and operations teams.
- Support cost optimisation across margin, commission, commitment fee and SOFR-linked deposit/facility structures.

Financial Risk Management

- Support daily FX/cash booking strategy, maintain forward deal data and perform cash and forward booking activities.
- Assist in FX hedge scale-up, forward line enablement and analysis for management approvals.
- Coordinate with advisors,



consultants and banks on FX, fuel and interest-rate hedging workstreams, including data collation and documentation.

Automation And Reporting

- Maintain and improve periodic MIS packs, statutory reports and other Treasury control reports.
- Drive automation of recurring treasury workflows, using AI and automation tools
- Prepare high-quality decks for CFO/Treasury Head, Audit Committee and Board reviews

Stakeholder Management And Operating Discipline

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, legal counsel, and internal Finance and Treasury teams to resolve queries and drive closure.
- Maintain auditable documentation, updated shared folders, transparent trackers and appropriate confidentiality/data discipline.
- Contribute to team continuity through backup support, knowledge sharing and participation in team-level initiatives
