Senior HR Executive Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive Recruitment to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and drive timely closure of hiring requirements. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with Hiring Managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media,and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews based on role requirements.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and offer closures.
- Drive pre-joining engagement and improve the offer-to-joining ratio.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
- Manage multiple positions and priorities while ensuring timely closures.
- Identify new sourcing strategies and stay updated on recruitment best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and candidate closure skills.
