Role Description The Senior Executive – Administration role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves the following job responsibilities:

a) Driver Management for client b) Arrangement of drivers for client ci) Issue uniforms and other items d)



Maintain attendance in register and excel e) Frequent training and briefing f) Arrangement of replacement g) Resolve queries h) Close coordination with client SPOC

Qualifications

- Must be a graduate.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and stakeholder management, including clear verbal and written communication, qualified email handling, and relationship-building with vendors and partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, such as time management, multitasking, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Candidates should possess basic IT and systems skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email tools, and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and support process improvements.
