- Champion API-first and platform-first engineering practices.

Technical Leadership

- Act as a player-coach, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical development initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and unblock complex engineering challenges.
- Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices.

AI & Innovation

- Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities.




- Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools.
- Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.

Scalability & Reliability

- Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes.
- Improve platform performance, resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance.
- Build highly available and reliable distributed systems.
