Job Location: Manesar
- Lead component development from drawing to physical validation
- Coordinate with Hardware, NPI, and Supplier teams
- Validate electronic components (PCBA, ICs, passives, connectors)
- Support new part introduction (NPI) and revision control
- Perform supplier capability assessment & onboarding
- Drive PPAP, FAI, and part approval for mass production
Ensure compliance with IPC / industry standards
Desired Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of electronics components & PCB assemblies
- Understanding of DFM, DFA, and reliability testing
- Experience in supplier quality & audits
