Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Engineer – Marketing & Business Development to strengthen our B2B marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Boiler & Power Plant industry and be capable of developing client relationships while driving business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing & business development strategies.

· Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

· Build strong relationships with clients, EPC companies, contractors, and consultants.

· Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.





· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

· Achieve sales and revenue targets.

· Travel across India for business development and client meetings.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering , Marketing, or Business Administration.

· 3–10 years of relevant experience.

· Mandatory experience in the Boiler & Power Plant Industry.

· Strong B2B Marketing & Business Development skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Must have worked with reputed companies in the sector across India.
