Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the team responsible for plant maintenance, ensuring efficient breakdown analysis, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance practices.

- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in utility management and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source spare parts and consumables required for hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment failures, identifying root causes through Why-Why analysis.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in plant engineering or a similar field.

- Solid knowledge of breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance principles.

- Experience working on hydraulics, pneumatic system operations and troubleshooting.
