Role & responsibilities

- Interpretation of client requirements, coordination with multi- disciplinary team understanding of multiple agency involvement & complexities of project.

- Designing with the help of consultant of large Residential / Industrial Townships, Complexes / Buildings, security system & LV distribution, Selection of equipment including Electrical layouts, load sheet, SLD etc.

- Periodic Supervision, testing, commissioning, certification & handover procedures Measurement of Contract work done and certification for payment.

- To compile and review as- built drawings prepared by the Contractors and submit to Clients.

- Supervise construction plans and specifications and draw up contracts Supervise operating and maintenance staff.

- Prepare and interpret specifications, drawings and regulations for the use of electric power equipment Work out delivery and installation schedules.

- Organize and manage staff and materials in the making of electrical parts, machines, appliances and equipment.

- Make sure that the completed works meet specifications and safety standards.

- Contribute and adhere to the safety requirements of the operation.
