Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Azure integrations and enterprise application development .

The candidate must have experience working across both Dynamics 365 Cloud and Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments, with strong expertise in custom development, integrations, troubleshooting and deployment.

Senior individual contributors are welcome; technical leadership experience will be an added advantage .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize and support Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, TypeScript and PCF controls .
- Build and support Power Apps solutions.
- Work with Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
- Develop enterprise integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management .
- Develop using C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript and PCF .
- Support Dynamics CRM On-Premises , including SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting and environment troubleshooting.
- Manage CI/CD and deployments across Development, Test, UAT and Production.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, integration failures and performance issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, BAs, architects, business teams, infrastructure teams and vendors.




- Implement secure and scalable enterprise integrations.
- Work with Dynamics 365 security roles, field security, authentication and authorization.
- Manage source control, branching, build/release pipelines and deployment governance.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment notes and handover documents.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Experience with both Dynamics 365 Cloud AND Dynamics CRM On-Premises .
- Power Apps – Mandatory .
- Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
