About the role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to plan and run campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels for our clients. This is a hands on role: you'll build the strategy and also execute it, working closely with the creative and content teams to get results.

What you'll do

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, email, and social media

Own campaign performance, tracking KPIs and adjusting strategy based on data

Manage ad budgets across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads

Work with the creative team to brief content that fits each channel and audience

Run keyword research, on page SEO,



and content calendars for client accounts

Prepare performance reports and share insights with clients and leadership

Stay current on platform changes and testing recent channels or formats

Mentor junior marketers on the team

What we're looking for A graduate degree in marketing or a related field

4+ years of hands on digital marketing experience, agency background preferred

Proven track record managing paid campaigns and measurable results

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

Excellent written communication for reports, briefs, and client updates

Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
