Senior Developer – Power Platform, Copilot Studio & AI

We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with solid experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and AI-driven application development . The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable business applications, AI agents, automations, integrations, and reusable technical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio .
- Build and configure AI agents, copilots, agentic workflows, and automation solutions .
- Develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and LLM technologies .
- Implement MCP-based integrations to connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services .
- Implement RAG, grounding, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and LLM integration patterns where required.
- Develop reusable components, connectors, workflows, and technical accelerators.
- Follow enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability .
- Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, RBAC, and other security mechanisms .
- Troubleshoot,



optimize, test, and deploy Power Platform and AI solutions across environments.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, POCs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Good understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, security, and application architecture.
- Ability to independently design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
