As Lodha is envisioning to grow from INR 20,000 Cr to INR 50,000 Cr company by 2030, its ability to understand the customers, derive insights and deploy right tools / technology tools becomes very critical, as that would enable an agile and nimble growth for the organization.

While

Lodha is Indias number 1 real estate developer, it is also a pioneer in Technology domain, with BelleVie ‘Premium Lifestyle home super App’ (Digirealty Technologies Private Limited) being its 100% owned subsidiary disrupting the market with a solid team (~50) of technology experts (incl. front end, backend, designers, product managers, etc.) from top start-ups/ organizations.

In sync with our vision of INR 50,000 Cr by 2030, we are expanding our own in-house AI Center of Excellence (CoE) under Customer Intelligence and Data Office (CIDO), a unique 0 to 1 setup that transforms large-scale data into AI-powered insights, enabling business teams to drive topline and bottom-line growth.

To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled data scientist / AI engineer with a strong engineering foundation to develop, deploy cutting-edge ML/AI solutions that drive business outcomes.



This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end expertise in production grade model training, deployment and implementing AI workflows that turn unstructured data into business insights and automated actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the AI Lead, Data Council, and IT teams to develop data-driven solutions
- Create experiments using supervised / unsupervised algorithms (regression, classification, clustering etc)
- Integrate LLMs/agentic workflows by developing custom APIs, data pipelines, and database connections
- Develop, test, and maintain system prompts, (RAG) pipelines, or prompt strategies (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct) to ground agents in proprietary business data
- Perform NLP pre-processing (semantic chunking, metadata filtering) to improve context quality for LLMs
- Deploy and manage AI/ML models or AI workflows on cloud-based platforms like AWS or Salesforce
- Integrate AI outputs into platforms like BelleVie app, Salesforce Screens and reporting dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in AI/ML, with 1+ years of hands-on experience in building/deploying Gen AI solutions
- Proficient in Python, SQL and relevant libraries / frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit-learn etc)
- Strong understanding of predictive modelling techniques (supervised/unsupervised, clustering, NLP)
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and vector databases (Pinecone etc.)
- Direct experience in configuring and building data pipelines with a solid understanding of database retrieval techniques
